About New England Institute of Technology

The mission of New England Institute of Technology (NEIT), a private non-profit technical university, is to provide specialized associate, bachelor's, master's and online/hybrid degree programs preparing students for careers in technology. Through the combination of technical courses and an integrated liberal arts core, the more than 50 programs prepare NEIT graduates with the knowledge and hands-on skills needed in today's competitive labor market. Associate degree programs are designed to be completed in as little as 18 months and a bachelor's degree program may be completed in three years.

Why attend New England Institute of Technology

New England Institute of Technology is committed to assisting all students who are eligible for veterans/military benefits. NEIT has a dedicated VA representative on campus to guide veterans through the process of utilizing GI Bill benefits. New England Tech continues to participate and commit to the Yellow Ribbon Program as part of the new Post 9/11 GI Bill Chapter 33. Since the Fall of 2015, the university has provided $3100 annually in Yellow Ribbon Benefits to each eligible student, which is matched by an equal $3100 annual maximum benefit by the Veterans Administration.

A program that prepares individuals to assess the security needs of computer and network systems, recommend safeguard solutions, and manage the implementation and maintenance of security devices, systems, and procedures. Includes instruction in computer architecture, programming, and systems analysis; networking; telecommunications; cryptography; security system design; applicable law and regulations; risk assessment and policy analysis; contingency planning; user access issues; investigation techniques; and troubleshooting.

A program that prepares individuals to apply mathematical and scientific principles to the design, development, and evaluation of computer hardware and related peripheral equipment. Includes instruction in computer circuit and chip design, circuitry, computer systems design, computer equipment design, computer layout planning, testing procedures, and related computer theory and software topics.
