As a DoD contractor, we make the workplace culture seem like home to our vets. All new hires receive military-culture training, which includes instruction of branch of service differences and needs; how to effectively communicate with military members and families; understanding family challenges related to employment, deployments and more. We also host vets as speakers so our staff has a consistent connection to our military customers.
