TALENT is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned IT and professional services staffing firm founded in 1987 by Dave Iacarella, a Vietnam-era Army Veteran. TALENT is one of the few certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business staffing firms in the industry. TALENT serves to transition military veterans in finding employment leading employers.

TALENT has a Veteran Talent Search (V.T.S.) program that is unique and tailored to each Veteran. Through this program, we dedicate teams to assisting veterans and their families to find rewarding careers. TALENT has built relationships with Transition Assistance Programs (TAP) which include the Department of Labor, Department of Defense and Department of Veteran Affairs.
