Our Military Liaison Services department strives to break the stigma associated with hiring veterans by preparing them to succeed in the workforce. The department takes an integrated approach by not only hiring veterans, but preparing them through training, career advancement, and educational support. Furthermore, a dedicated team monitors a veteran ChatBot and supports networking and career fair opportunities, and team members can join our VALOR Business Employee Resource Group, connecting with other Northwell veterans. Further, our Military Liaison Services department supports veteran team members and community members in their benefit and health needs, including mental health support.
