ATS fosters a culture of discipline, motivation, safety, leadership and success. Those traits blend well with the characteristics that are the foundation of our nation's veteran community. In most cases the transition from military service to ATS employment is seamless. ATS offers many employment opportunities that are direct comparisons to a military job field- for example calibration, electronics, supply chain, and maintenance. The benefits are adequate to cover the veteran's family and leave little to no gap in the coverages that they are used too.
