St. John Fisher University is an independent, liberal arts institution in the Catholic tradition of American higher education. The University emphasizes liberal learning for students in traditional academic disciplines and more directly career-oriented elds. The University welcomes qualied students, faculty, and staff regardless of religious or cultural background. The campus is situated on 164 park-like acres a beautiful setting for 27 modern buildings and a warm, friendly campus community. The University offers academic majors in the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, business,education, nursing, and 11 pre-professional programs. Fisher offers 13 masters and 3 doctoral programs.

Why you should attend?

Qualied veterans of the United States Armed Forces admitted for study may be eligible to receive military benets from the following Chapters: 30, 31, and 33 (Post9/11), 35, 1606, or 1607. Some bents are transferable to spouses and children. St. John Fisher University is a proud participant in the Yellow Ribbon Program, which is an additional bent authorized under the Post 9/11 G.I. Bill. This program, in combination with the Post 9/11 G.I. Bill, institutional, federal, and state aid, may cover full tuition and fees for eligible veterans with at least 36 months of service.
