Why you should attend?

The University of Alaska Southeast (UAS) has campuses in Juneau, Ketchikan, and Sitka. We pride ourselves on offering programs of high academic quality - both on campus and online - that meet the needs of our student Veterans and active-duty service members. Students pay resident tuition and receive credit for military training and national proficiency exams. UAS offers programs of distinction in teacher education and educational leadership, biology and marine biology, environmental science, liberal arts, business and public administration, health information management, mine training, and fisheries technology, among others. UAS programs take full advantage of the majesty of Southeast Alaska where students have opportunities for field study and research.
