Santiago Canyon College (SCC) is a public, 2-year community college located in the city of Orange, California founded in January 2000. Our institution offers a variety of certificate and associate degrees, apprenticeship programs, and continuing education programs. SCC is currently accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges.

Why you should attend?

Santiago Canyon College (SCC) provides various educational opportunities and benefits to service members, veterans, and dependents through traditional or distance learning methods. Quick benefit certification is provided along with access to a dedicated academic counselor to assist with educational planning and transfer goals. Complimentary computer use and color printing are provided daily and peer-to-peer mentoring and counseling services are also offered at no cost for family members of veterans or active duty service members. As a California Community College, SCC is an approved institution for the College Fee Waiver for Veteran Dependents offered through the California Department of Veterans Affairs. Currently, SCC has agreements with 32 California universities including 24 private universities that may lead to Bachelor’s and/or Master's Degrees.
