Why you should attend?

For over 150 years, Manhattan College has been committed to educating veterans and military-affiliated populations. As a partner in the Post-9/11 GI Bill Yellow Ribbon program, our Veterans Success Center's mission is to facilitate the successful transition from military to civilian and academic life as well as the successful transition from academic life to post-collegiate life. The Center achieves this by connecting veterans with stress reduction techniques, student-veteran peer bonding, academic support, and career preparation. Our Veterans at Ease Program offers veteran sections for a first-year course, "The Nature and Experience of Religion," which teaches stress reduction/relaxation techniques and provides opportunities for bonding. Our Veterans Success Programs ensure veterans have access to the resources necessary for academic, professional, and personal development.
