Lehigh Carbon Community College

Founded in 1966, Lehigh Carbon Community College is a designated Hispanic-Serving Institution, with more than 25% of the student body identifying as Hispanic/Latino. The college serves nearly 9,000 credit and 3,000 noncredit students from Lehigh, Carbon and Schuylkill counties and beyond and offers more than 90 programs. LCCC offers associate degrees, certificates and workforce training. Classes are offered at the main campus in Schnecksville, online and at sites in Allentown, Tamaqua and Lehigh Valley International Airport. With student success its primary goal, LCCC provides an accessible, equitable, inclusive and affordable education to empower students to achieve academic and career goals.

Lehigh Carbon Community College provides a range of services and support for military service members and veterans and is dedicated to providing the most accurate and up-to-date information to ensure the best possible educational experience. Services include a Veterans Lounge, preferential scheduling, dedicated staff to assist and a range of scholarships, events and celebrations throughout the year. LCCC has an active Veterans Club and membership in SALUTE service member honor society. The LCCC Veteran Advisory Board provides unique insight and leadership.
