Penn State Beaver offers a relaxed suburban atmosphere with easy access to Pittsburgh. We offer an intimate environment with small class sizes and personalized attention. Like all Penn State campuses, Beaver offers the first two years of more than 160 Penn State majors. In addition, seven bachelor's degrees can be completed here. Beaver offers a rich college experience for traditional and non-traditional students alike.

Criminal Justice/Police Science

A program that prepares individuals to perform the duties of police and public security officers, including patrol and investigative activities, traffic control, crowd control and public relations, witness interviewing, evidence collection and management, basic crime prevention methods, weapon and equipment operation and maintenance, report preparation and other routine law enforcement responsibilities.

Psychology

A general program that focuses on the scientific study of individual and collective behavior, the physical and environmental bases of behavior, and the analysis and treatment of behavior problems and disorders. Includes instruction in the principles of the various subfields of psychology, research methods, and psychological assessment and testing methods.
