Why attend Ave Maria School of Law

Our campus provides a welcoming environment for veterans interested in pursuing a law degree, including small class sizes and an accessible faculty. We are committed to honoring our veterans through several campus initiatives: Veterans Scholarships: We provide VA Yellow Ribbon eligible veterans the opportunity to earn their law degree at no cost. Veterans Law Clinic: Our proposed clinic will give our students the opportunity to help veterans with much needed assistance to secure disability benefits and other consumer legal issues provided pro-bono. Veterans Memorial Law Library: Our law library will provide the legal research necessary to assist the Veterans Law Clinic. Veterans Resource Center and Veterans Advocate- A dedicated Veterans Advocate is available to coordinate the special needs of our Veteran law students and their spouses and to assist with their transition from military life to pursing their law degree. A Veterans Resource Center, to be located in the Veterans Memorial Law Library, will provide information on community services, housing and the opportunity for socialization for veterans and their families.
