TPD, a transportation engineering firm, is a strong advocate and supporter of our servicemembers. TPD maintains constant contact and provides support throughout a servicemember's deployment. Upon return, TPD provides unlimited time to return to work in order to slowly re-integrate back into civilian life and the company, and re-employs the servicemember to her or his original position. TPD actively promotes military service via our company newsletter, press releases and media.

TPD makes up the difference in salary while servicemembers are deployed and continue email accounts to keep current with company business and keep in touch with family/friends. We also allow paid time off (PTO) to be used/cashed out in advance of a deployment. We have thrown welcome back parties with local news coverage at each occasion. TPD has continued cost of living raises while deployed. Seniority continues to accrue for benefits, paid time off, promotions, etc. while deployed. Upon return, TPD provides unlimited time to return to work in order to slowly re-integrate back into civilian life and the company.
