Why Work at the Company?

Macy's is an excellent place for military veterans to work for many reasons. However, the most common reason I've heard from veterans is that Macy's hierarchy is very similar to that of the military. The way we are structured, our promotions and career paths are all very closely identifiable with all branches of the military. Macy's provides unwavering support for members of the Reserve and National Guard and values the skill-sets that veterans bring to the table.
